Our client, a passionate motor enthusiast, has a collection that had grown rapidly over the last few years. They now needed additional storage space to protect and maintain their cars to a high standard. But storage space for pristine vintage cars isn’t easy to find.
In order to keep these sought-after cars spotless and safe, a bespoke development would be needed – requiring significant short-term capital. However, our client didn’t want to liquidate other investments or part with any of the classic cars themselves, and the cost of developing a storage solution was too high for a normal unsecured loan to be practical.
