Welcoming Gurjeet Roda
Gurjeet joins Shire Leasing with eight years’ experience at GRENKE Leasing, where he played a pivotal role in successfully opening the Leeds branch in 2018. Having held positions as Internal Sales Manager and later Regional Sales Manager, Gurjeet brings strong leadership, commercial insight and a proven track record of building high‑performing teams.

Introducing Olivia Taylor
Olivia joins the team following her graduation in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University. She spent two years at Latitude Leasing, gaining hands‑on experience in asset finance from both a funder and broker perspective.

Tom joins Shire with 2.5 years’ experience in account management and business development within asset finance, having worked closely with both clients and suppliers to deliver tailored funding solutions.
With a background spanning multiple sectors, primarily across the London area, Tom brings a relationship‑led approach and a strong understanding of how finance can support business growth.
