“Welcome to the World of Catering Equipment” is the opener on CESA’s website and, having recently become a member, it’s a world we’re very proud to be a part of. The trade association for catering equipment suppliers, CESA provides a great forum for meeting and networking as well as exploring the issues and challenges facing a market we’re very much involved in.
Nowadays there’s a lot of talk about “special relationships”. It’s a well-worn phrase but one which sums up Shire’s business dealings in this sector. Since 1990 our specialist team has been funding commercial catering equipment from individual items through to entire fit-outs and refurbishments.
Shire “gets” catering. We recognise that margins are tight, equipment is indispensable and business is often seasonal – which is why we have products to suit – and that there’s rarely disposable cash around for the equipment the organisation needs. Leasing can be the perfect solution for all of these and we’re looking forward to sharing what is possible with our fellow members. For example, electronic-signatures and finance at the “click of a button“, along with a wide variety of products created specifically for the hospitality, school, local authority and contract catering sectors.
