Shire Leasing PLC has announced their 2015 graduate programme, which will give successful candidates the opportunity to kick-start their careers working in the UK’s largest privately owned independent funding house for equipment finance and leasing. The programme, which is open for applications until the 17th July 2015, is intended to recruit the company’s next generation of exceptional talent.
Throughout the programme, the ambitious graduates will learn a series of key skills in a demanding and professional environment. They will have real responsibility, gaining first-hand experience whilst learning from industry leaders. Expected to hit the ground running, graduates will be mentored in areas such as Sales, Finance, Law, Compliance, Operations, Risk, IT and Marketing.
Alongside a wealth of engaging project work, graduates will also be offered performance review feedback, which will allow them to chart their progress throughout the programme’s one year duration.
